San Dimitri Chapel

Found in the countryside, at the inner part of Birbuba Street, where a country road leads to this chapel

There is a legend related to this chapel, in which it is said that an old lady called Sgugina who had her son stolen by the Turks was praying San Dimitri in this chapel and the saint was seen coming out of the titular painting of the chapel and returned bringing back home her son. The feast is held annually on the second weekend of October.
