TRADITIONAL DESERT
Ingredients:-
1 pound flour
8ozs marguerine
250g sugar
Procedure:-
1. Mix the flour with the marguerine, add the sugar and sufficient water until the pastry forms well. Work the pastry well and let it be for about 30 minutes.
2. Divide the pastry into 3 pieces, and re-divide each piece into 3 smaller pieces. From these smaller pieces make long rectangles and then interwine each set of three rectangles.
3. Fry them or cook them in the oven.
