a pound and a half kirsch |

|
1. Prepare the kirsch from the previous day by cleaning it well and chopping it into small pieces. |
|
|
|
2. Cook it in a pot with water together with half a lemon for about 30 minutes. Then filter off the water. |
|
|
|
3. Place the kirsch in a large pot, together with the vegtables chopped into small pieces. |
|
|
|
4. Cover with water and cook on low heat for about an hour or until everything is well done. |
|
|
|
5. Add the cheeselets chopped and cook for 2 minutes. |
