Kirsh soupt
Ingredients:-
Half a pound pumpkin
4 large potatoes
cabbage, onion
4 tomatoes
6 fresh cheeselets
a pound and a half kirsch
Half a lemon
Procedure:-
1. Prepare the kirsch from the previous day by cleaning it well and chopping it into small pieces.
2. Cook it in a pot with water together with half a lemon for about 30 minutes. Then filter off the water.
3. Place the kirsch in a large pot, together with the vegtables chopped into small pieces.
4. Cover with water and cook on low heat for about an hour or until everything is well done.
5. Add the cheeselets chopped and cook for 2 minutes.
