3 table spoons tomato paste |

1. Fry the chopped onions together with the oil and fat. When the onions soften, add the tomato paste together with some water. |

|
2. Mix well together and leave on low heat for a few minutes. Then remove the heat. |
|
|
|
3. Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes, then rinse well from the water. |
|
|
|
4. In the same pot, mix together the pasta with the tomato sauce, eggs, grated cheese and fresh cheeselet, whilst heating on very low heat. Cook for about 5-10 minutes. |

|
|
5. Stir continuosly to avoid over-burning. |
