1. In a large dish mix together the flour, salt and marguerine and then add the yeast. |

2. Mix together the water, egg, milk and sugar |

3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and place in it the other mixture. Then spin well until the pastry becomes white and smooth. 4. Place the pastry in a warm place for about an hour and add some fruit. 5. Divide into 4 pieces and place in a cake tine, cut the surface, cover it with the egg. Place the almonds on the surface and cook in the oven on Gas Mark 6. |
