RABBIT STEW
Ingredients:-
Vegetable Oil
Butter
Chopped onion
Chopped carrots
White wine
Herbs
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Potatoes
Rabbit meat
Procedure:-
1. Fry the onions, carrots and herbs in oil and batter and place the rabbit meat chopped in small pieces.
2. When the meat is done, add the wine and tomatoes and leave for some minutes
3. Add the potatoes
4. When the potatoes are done, serve warm
