CARROT SOUP
Ingredients:-
Chopped Onion
2 tablespoons butter
6 carrots peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed ginger
1/4 teaspoon canella
3 cups chicken soup
1/4 cup thick cream
salt and pepper
Procedure:-
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat, cook the onion and add the carrots, ginger and canella and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the chicken soup, and leave boiling for 20 minutes or until the carrots are done.
3. Place this mixture in a blender and blend well. Place the mixture back in the saucepan, add the cream, and cook well. Serve with some chopped parsley.
