More Accessibility for Local Councils

|
A fund of €200,000 will assist the Local Councils to improve the access of their offices and public gardens falling under their responsibility. The beneficiaries of this scheme are 20 local councils from Malta and Gozo one of them being the Gharb Local Council who will be given the amount of €9322.00.
Hon. Dr. Chris Said said that this scheme will facilitate the Local Councils to eliminate the restrictions for the physical access for the benefit of the local community, in particular for the disabled persons and elderly.
