The Gharb Local Council will be organizing its annual Carnival activities on Thursday, 3rd March. The Carnival Defile will start at 7.00pm from Visitation Street to the Main Square Pjazza Zjara tal-Madonna where there will be various Gozitan and Maltese dancing groups, costume competitions, Maskarat Misterjuz Competition and much more.
An indoor activity will be held on the 4th March at 7.30pm at the Gharb Parish Centre, including plays, drama and activities such as Buzzett: “Qalb Nobbli”, Sketches: “F’Manikomju”, “Mezz ghal kollox”, “Il-Kunjata” and Chris Vella: “Fire Eating” will also be part in this carnival event. The Gharb Local Council invites everyone to attend to these activities which are open to all the family. |
