Carnival Competitions

The Council would like to notify that the Carnival date has changed and now the Carnival in Gharb is going to be held on Sunday 15th February instead of Monday 16th February. The soiree as in previous years in going to be held at the Pjazza Zjara tal-Madonna. Amongst others the activities will include costume competitions which will be divided in two categories i.e. children from the locality and children from other localities. The Council would therefore like to encourage all parents to put their children’s names down in order to participate to this competition. Closing date for application is Friday 30th January. |
