Dogs

The Council is very concerned regarding the problems being caused by dogs which are causing various inconveniences because these are being left roaming in the streets without the presence of their owners, dirtying the streets and also causing nuisance during rest hours. Therefore the Council would like to appeal to the dog owners to co-operate with the Council and help to avoid these inconveniences. It is not nice to leave dogs dirtying on pavements or infront of houses and it is not even fair that others can’t rest due to this reason. We would like to request everyone’s co-operation in this regard. We would also like to bring to your attention that a Legal Notice regulates how dogs should be kept and if someone is caught infringing these rules will be fined.
